A challenge for applicants developing their written application is projecting into the role and providing examples of their work at an appropriate level of complexity. This workshop explores the different job descriptions and provides participants with the opportunity to self-assess their current work and examples against their next career level. Each participant will leave with a clear view of how well they currently address the selection criteria and will have set goals to develop an even more competitive application.
